Services

Circuit Mediation

Sessions are $300.00 per hour with a one hour minimum paid as soon as the mediation is scheduled.  The fees are split evenly between the parties unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties/attorneys or by court order.

FAMILY MEDIATION

Sessions are $300.00 per hour with a two hour minimum paid as soon as the mediation is scheduled.  The fees are split between the parties unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties/attorneys or by court order.

COUNTY COURT MEDIATION

Sessions are $250.00 per hour with a one hour minimum paid as soon as the mediation is scheduled.  The fees are split between the parties unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties/attorneys or by court order.

DEPENDENCY MEDIATION

Sessions-$150.00 per hour.  Coordination for the scheduling and fees can be done via email at jpotthoffmediationcenter@gmail.com.

Payment is accepted via Square, Zelle, and attorney or law firm checks. Square billing includes a link for credit card payments. Zelle payments are sent to the Mediation Center’s phone number of 954-850-2880. Attorney or law firm checks are made payable to Mediation Center, LLC and mailed to Mediation Center, Kemet Tower, 1 East Broward., Suite 700, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.
