County Court Mediation sessions are charged per hour with a one hour minimum paid as soon as the mediation is scheduled. The fees are split between the parties unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties/attorneys or by court order.

Zoom is the default process for conducting mediation sessions at this time. If in-person mediation is requested, then the location, either the Mediation Center or an alternate location needs to be delineated and agreed upon by both sides.
